Not stay on the line all day.
If you do, subconsciously she will be "getting approval" for what she is doing, rather than finding new ways to stimulate herself, or a better life.
It's called co-dependency. She is trying to get you to be her enabler.

Well she very obviously is lonely and she misses you, but if you keep staying on the phone all day, you'll get sick of that really quick.
Try this. Tell her that you miss her and that you think about her all the time. Tell her how bad you want to see her and how you can't wait until the next time you can. Tell her that you don't know what you can do to make her feel better, but that you are there for her and WILL be there for her whenever she needs. After about 30-45 mins on the phone (at the longest) it's time to get off. if you can't see her, you can't rush off the phone, because then you'll seem suspicious, so instead, tell her that you'll talk to her again very soon, and that you're getting off of the phone because long conversations make it that much more difficult that you can't be together.
Hope this helps

You have not said about why she is stuck at home. Why not send her some books on love and relationships?

the first thing you should learn is to find more humor so that your girlfriend will be realease to her bored life, then find a means to keep you in touch personally, maybe you should try to bring some of your friends to their house.

get her out of the damn house. she isn't on house arrest, is she?
suggest that she do something fun without you, so she can tell you all about it later.
don't get stuck entertaining her-- she'll catch on real quick that you're getting frustrated and things might fizzle.
