hello guys. my first time posting questions here. hope to get some advice from you guys. i using singapore handphone to call thailand handphone. but couldn't call. example thailand no starts with 08594096XX so how should i dial it. what numbers should i add infront . hope u guys can help me. i need to call this number urgently. thanks for the help.

You need to dial +66 8594096XX that is all. The '0" is only used when you are in Thailand and dialing local numbers.

If you are calling from Thailand to Singapore, use *138*XXXX XXXX#. It is the cheapest if you are are M1 subscriber. But from a Thai to SG line in Thai, i think you have no choice but to use roaming or call card. If you think you need to talk for long, one of you can buy a Thai number eg 1-2 Call. At least one party pay less. Also the sms is cheaper than M1 charges.

add prefix +66 and drop the first zero
