the bush administration established the dept of homeland security.... they have been very busy.....it took awhile to get security up because clinton had cut military and other securtiy budgets by 30%.

the war in iraq, unpopular as it is....has seemd to have kept the terror activity overseas....

since the democrats are softer on security and they are in power, i expect a reversal of security, a retreat from iraq, concessions to terrorists groups for the sake of peace, and increased terrorist activity in this country...
