Protein deposits accumulate on the lenses and become scratchy and start irritating your eye is one.

Not good at all! Contacts need cleaning, and if you leave them in your eyes, they will pick up harmful bacteria which can easily get into your eyes. That type of infection can seriously hurt your eyes, possibly causing permanent damage.
In addition, you also run the risk of the lenses dislodging up in your eyes (esp while sleeping) causing major pains and leading to more infections!
I have contacts and the longest I ever had them in was about 1 1/2 days, when I had no other choice. It was irritating my eyes so much, so i would not recommend 3 days.
