I advise you go and see your doctor ASAP. Diabetes can cause poor blood circluation to arms and legs and you are at high risk of developing ulcers, you should have also been advised to go to a chiropadist regulary to monitor changes in your legs and feet. If you blood sugar is still high on the insulin you need your dose altering as the present dose is not controlling your blood sugar. High blood sugar can cause lethergy (feeling Tired) and this will impact on your daily living including your sex drive. Only a doctor can alter your insulin dose.

First thing first, you need to take a look at what you are eating, if you have not seen a dietician i highly recommend that you see one and they can help you plan what types of meals you can have. Sometimes a simple thing as just changing your diet can lower your blood sugar levels. Pain in the legs if you are a diabetic person is always not a good sign, check your legs to see if you have any sores, or wounds. You might have injured your legs without you noticing it. Remember diabetes can cause decreased sensation and poor circulation.

Make sure you are always wearing appropriate shoes, shoes which fit and are comfortable. And book an appointment to see a podiatrist so they can have a look at your legs and feet and ensure
everything is okay. Diabetes can lower your libido due to the high sugar levels, so bringing them down to ok levels should be able to restore your sex drive.

Let your GP know about the pain in your legs and ensure he refers you to a diabetic education instructor who will be able to answer any concerns you have and give you good tips on how to manage your diabetes. I hope this has helped.

Don't you think that this is the totally wrong place to ask for a diagnosis and treatment plan for your diabetic symptoms???

You should call your doctor's office and maybe first talk with a nurse practitioner and subsequently to the doctor.

There are too many pranksters here, and simply to many people who have no clue regarding the "advice" they are offering.

Call the doctor!!

Good luck.
