Hi Trisha,

I specialise in helping people lose weight quickly and BEAUTIFULLY via a detox programme.

Before I can help you, first and foremost, you will have to let me know your weight.

Based on my experience, generally speaking, I think it is possible for you to lose max 20-40 pounds in a month if you did something intense like STARVE. But still, you would not hit 65lbs.

Also, you would merely lower your metabolic rate by not eating and cause your body to slow down the weight loss by leaps and bounds.

Not eating would also cause your body to become nutritionally imabalance such that even if you lost the weight you desired, you would be left with a weak body and lots of ailiments and diseases.

If you would like more info about how to lose weight, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com

Alot at first, and then when the person begins to eat again (even if only a little bit of food) the person will quickly gain the weight back. When you starve yourself, you kill your matabolism. The best way to loose weight is to actually eat more, but eat healthier foods and eat every 3 hours so you dont get hungry and overeat.

There is a better way to lose weight. It's a program out there called Shapeworks, and in one month my husband lost 25 pounds, and he is still going. The program is great, and you don't have to exercise, it helps you stay full longer without eating alot of food. Check it out at http://www.differentu.com

It could take a while. When you starve yourself, your body holds onto the fat as long as it can eating the muscle first and then going to the fat as your body's last resource. Starvation is NOT the way to go.

Maybe you could lose up to 40 but you would be seriously compromising your health and would gain it all back. Just cutting back on ONE soda a day, would make so much difference in a year.

it is better to exercises and eat less. when U starve the body like that Ur body will turn against U.... Ur body will be trying to get the proteins it needs to survive.... stop drinking sodas, no eating after 9P.M. drink lots of water.... go walking... start off walking in the mall.... eat salads for lunch.... no fast food.... bake Ur chicken and fish... no fried food....
