See the dermatologist and if it is not link to a sink cancer, a cream or laser surgery will do the trick

Agree.... go to the Dermatologist and don't settle for one opinion. It is always good to get a second opinion. Rashes may mean something more serious so get it checked out as soon as possible.

fungal infections are quite common and can be chronic if left untreated. Topical creams containing antfungals can be used to good effect. Ask your doctor to prescribe some and give it a go. Having said that, you should get it checked out. I can't make any diagnosis without seeing the rash.
