happen to good things? Look at religion, guns (which are often used for sport rather than killing people), society as a whole, etc.?

There is a war between good and evil, honey i hate to say this but the evil are winning. (Between God and Satan) and also with our whole world, the things that are going on here in America are sickening. The evil actually think they ARE doing right by God, and the sad part is, they aren't.............

Because our particular moral state does not preclude us from anything, we can live a full and complete life enjoying all of the benefits of being human as well as having the capacity for being bad.
Unless the “bad” that you speak of compels a person to violate laws then they will go on living the life they have chosen for themselves.

Free will of man, sin, evil. Religion has done great good and bad. Could say the same for many things.

Most people are good and think of others but the media has to focus on the small number of bad things ( for ratings ) ha ha wouldn't it be great if one channel would report all good things

True Christianity does not advocate violence. Jesus instructed his followers to have "love among yourselves." (John 13:35) In fact, he said it would be an identifying mark of true Christianity. Jesus also told his disciples to love their enemies. Those who kill in the name of Christianity are not real Christians.

Because they can, because of free will. We all have the choice to do good or "evil", regardless of our religion. Kind of sad, isn't it?
