I was thinling of starting this diet but was wondering what types of food you can eat on it. Can anyone give me a few ideas please. And is it easy to fit into a 9 to 5 life?

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. yes+it was a really good diet......loads easy recipes+not really any different from the usual foods you eat.whsmith has some decent books on it
