Many people only talk to God to ask forgiveness or to ask for a need or want to be filled. What have you done for him lately?

This is not meant to be mean, I am simply curious. I wanted to see if more people do things for God daily than I thought or not.

I do ask Him for forgiveness if the time comes, but I thank Him everyday just to be able to breathe. During the day if something happens that I wasn't expecting (good/ bad) I thank Him for his protection. And on a daily basis I respect and show kindness to people that I may meet.

God uses me to pray and minister the word. I do not work in a secular job or have a business. I just serve God all the time by praying and ministering the word. I also answer questions here. I do not hold a position in church although I go to the prayer meetings to deliver what God wants to say. You can say I serve God fulltime.

I try to live my life as a living sacrifice ( I said try 'some times it don't work out so well) I worship and praise God every day in my life. Also I use the gifts that God has given me to help the elderly with cheep or free repairs to their homes.

As a Christian your life doesn't belong to you anymore. 1 Corinthians 6:19 & 20 "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, whivh ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's".

So I try to live each day pleasing God and be ready to do as he asked of me. I thank him for all that I have, my health, my joy, my family and friends. I give God thanks for everything. I believe that is what God wants from us.

There is really nothing that I can do for Him. He love for me is so great and amazing all of my good deeds are nothing compared to Him. I can only try to be a mirror of only the smallest bit of His love. This I do willingly.

I take Him along every where I go every day. I ask Him every day to show me ways that I can emulate Him in my life and show His love for the world through my actions and words.
