Eat in moderation, Try eating 4 or 5 smaller meals a day instead of a big breakfast, lunch and dinner. Exercise is a key factor to weight control and also good health. It produces natural chemicals into the body that help fight off viruses and also depression. Even walking at a moderate pace can burn many calories. Park farther away when you go to stores or the work parking lot. Stay away from the high unsaturated fat products and anything with partially hydrogenated oils. Drink a large glass of ice water before meals. The cold water actually makes your metabolism raise and fills your stomach up so you will feel full sooner.

Very simple. Avoid salt totally from your food and eat for one month you will reduce weight like anything. If you are not able to do so then the slower method. Choose food that is having less calories like cucumber , vegetables salad laced with pepper , lemon & salt and fill your stomach. Next thing take one teaspoon of honey in 1/2 glass of warm water first thing in the morning , as this would reduce fat absorbtion and drink plenty of water to fill up your stomach and you will reduce slowly say by 3 months. Also do Yoga everyday and you will become the perfect person in all aspects.

give it a go, works for me and simply. when you are feeling peckish or about to have a meal, stand at the sink and just keeping skulling water. about 3-4 glasses then eat. you will find you cant eat as much and the water is great for weight loss too so its a bonus. goodluck

Do not deprive yourself, if not you will be obsessing about food. You need to schedule treats, either once a week, or say, if I go to the gym at least 4 times this week I can split a small brownie with my partner...

It's a program out there called Shapeworks, and just doing the program by itself you won't have to eat that much, and you keep your weight off. My husband and I are using it, and I love to eat food myself, and I am still keeping mine off. It's wonderful, check it out at http://www.differentu.com

you could tr jenny Craig eat all you want while you are losing the weight. or you could exercise after you eat your food or ou could go biking or if you have children why don't you play ith them.
