go out to your garden and take the biggest breath you can then you scream and yell till your blue in the face then take a bathe which is just a little hotter than what you usually bath in and stay in there for an 40 minutes with your ears under the water listening to the water if your still angry after all that i recommend that you go to the gym and do boxing and imagine your stress being the punch bag and enjoy it.(that's the most important thing).

You should take a nice shower, pound or shout into a pillow, and try eating something like chips if you're hungry.
To occupy your mind, you should try legos, a videogame, a book, drawing, or writing out your feelings into a journal.
When you're stressed, I think it's okay to shout out a complaint about things really loud. However, you shouldn't curse or shout so much that you'll regret it. That's why I recommend a pillow for that.
Try to forget about your problem by keeping busy, or whatever that's ailing you, if you're not able to solve it at the moment.
...Or...
If this feeling has happened many times before, you may be suffering from a mood disorder, or depression for short. That or, you may be suffering from schizophrenia or bipolar.
In that case, you should seek professional help.

Everybody has bad days and you certainly have the right to feel the way you do. It will pass, but if these feelings occur more often than not, I would talk to someone.There are coping skills (as the professionals call them) to deal with bad days and how to move past them quicker.

write it down.
take a paper, pen.. start writing down everything.. atleast 10 pages of craap.. then it's on the paper and not in your head.. come back and read it.. over and over again and see how silly you are..
