type 2 diabetes: extreme thirst, frequent urination, feeling very lethargic after eating high carb meals, weight gain, (many ppl who are not overweight are being diagnosed also) easily exhausted after doing physical labor, mood swings, etc. you should really go to a diabetes website for more in-depth info.
if you are having symptoms, get a fasting blood glucose test along with an hba1c test.
**i forgot to add blurry vision...vision will change due to sugars being too high or too low**

Diabetes Mellitus
Essentials of diagnosis.
(1) Usually gradual in adults but acute in children.
(2) Polyuria (excretion of excessive amount of urine) , intense thirst.
(3) Nocturia (void of urine at night).
(4) Polyphagia (excessive ingestion of food).
(5) Weight loss, weakness, lassitude.
(6) Pruritus valvae (itching of the external genitalia) in females, balanitis (inflammation of the glans penis) in males.
(7) Leg cramps, crops of boils, loss of libido (sexual urge) and impotence (partial or complete inability of the male to perform the sexual act or to achieve orgasm) in middle age.
(8) Blurring of vision may develop.
(9) High fasting blood sugar content >120 mg%
(10) Urine may be positive for sugar.
Conduct blood sugar test after 12 hour fasting. If the result is more than 126 mg/dL (7 mmol/L), then you have diabetes. Please also check for the symptoms given above.

Fatigue, light headed / dizziness / excessive thirst (and hence excessive peeing), cuts that do not heal properly, pressure problems (both high and low).
