well, what exactly have you tried?? I'm sorry if i repeat stuff that you have already tried or if I sound patronising, it's just I don't have enough info about what you have tried!!
My bf finds that Redkin Solve Anti-Dandruff is great. Thing is, that you have to keep using it, coz it won't work after one or two shampoos. A medical shampoo like t-gel is also good for dandruff. Also, try to avoid using too much product in your hair. Vaseline have a hair tonic that you rub onto your scalp. It's quite oily but it may do the trick!! If all else fails, go to the doctor, because it could turn out that you have a skin condition that only medication will solve, you could even be stressed and that's what's causing it!!
hope I have helped a little!!

GENERAL TREATMENT FOR DANDRUFF

DANDRUFF:-If you are having a problem of dandruff that's all over your shoulders, do not despair. Don't rush to consult a dermatologist. Try out these home remedies to bring the problem under control.

Add a spoon of salt to a cup of curd. Rub this mixture well into the scalp and wash with plain water. Repeated use will cure dandruff.

Mix the juice of one lemon in some coconut oil and mage well at the roots. Leave overnight. Wash as usual in the morning. This will also help improve the condition.

Instead of curd and salt, mix lemon juice in water and wash hair with this mixture. It'll soften the hair and cure the dandruff.

If you lack the patience to squeeze the juice of the lemon, then cut a lemon in half and rub it directly on the scalp. Let the juice dry and then wash off with a mild shampoo
