Eat six meals a day. Not really full meals, but every 3 hours eat about 300 calories. You should balance out your day with 3 fruits, 4 vegetables, one portion of beans, and some type of lean protein and a small portion of good fat. I lost 200 pounds doing that. The trick is to eat every three hours, or you will lose energy. Avoid empty calories that will make you tired quickly. I don't eat a lot of grains because it kept me from being sharper, but I manage about two grain servings daily (first meal and second - but no more than that). Also a workout - believe it or not helped jack up my energy levels.

Spend your student loans on less alcohol (I know, it's a shock, but please bear with me) and buy some decent food. Not pot noodles and kebabs, but some fresh meat, fruit and veg. Eat three meals a day OR little and often and you'll soon be healthier again!

See your doctor. You could be suffering from diabetes! I hope you have not got it, but good luck if you do. It can be treated and is not the death sentence it once was
