There are no direct flights from Heathrow to Acapulco. The best flights I found were on American. They make 2 connections, one in Chicago and one in Mexico City. The total time in the air would be just over 13 hours. The connection times are 2 hours in Chicago and a little over 2 1/2 hours in Mexico City.
