I had a balance of approx €700 and when I logged into my account it was closed, I thought I had the wrong password or something, they gave me my new reference number and when I logged in there was no balance and no history. I explained but they said I closed the account and opened the new one (which I didn`t), also they have no record of any transactions on either account. I have bet on this site on numerous occasions and have proof of my deposit through an on-line payment service, I`m sure my balance will be sorted but would like to know could I turn the screw and get compensation and if so who should I approach?

Is that the good news or the bad?

First off, your probably betting with an Account that is an "off shore" betting ring, and who knows how many they have "duped" into giving them "free money" like this!!

You may not be the only sucker, so, wise up and quit betting on a losing thing...

It aint "fun" anymore, when it aint free, and you just found out the hard way, that nothing is a "given", cause you got "took".....

I wish you well..
