Q: How do you deal with heavy traffic? A: Heavy psychedelics.

There are very scientific answers for this. You may want to find out the circumstances first. For example, if you were to say with tools or by just plain driving with no interfering antagonists, it would be fine. The Q&A's you listed above may not be true, as this statement is vaguely clear.
