1. drink lots of water - 2-3 liters per day
2. use sunblock---keep those UV rays off your face!
3. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables; antioxidants like vit C and E are great for the skin
4. exfoliate gently, 1-2 times per week
5. exercise---increases blood flow to the skin
