You need to step up and talk to her. I don't know how many times I've let things slip away because of fear and such...now I just ask, and take the risk...I've haven't been turned down yet. Seems women like a confidnet man, not arrogant but confident. If you wait and don't talk with her you'll never know if there was something there and if it doesn't work out you can move on. Being shy is tough but yu have to take the chances in life or it'll be a really boring life at that. If your nervous than just a hello to start and see where it goes from there.
