Biotechnology is a three-year course in India. After doing class 12 you can directly apply for biotechnology courses in colleges like Garden city college, Bangalore. There are several colleges that offer biotechnology course.It would have been helpful to guide you if you had indicated the place you are at where you want to study.After doing class 12, you may have go in for a small test which some departments offer as there are many more applicants than the number of seats. If you pass the test, then they will call you for interview.If you get selected then they will get you admitted to biotechnology course. You can do graduation in Biotechnology and then pursue higher studies in India and abroad.You may obtain information from BHU, JNU as well. They are very good institutions. Others like Garden city college, Amity etc are more expensive.
