Depends on what sort of frequency you are working at and how much inductance you want ; if it's a fairly low frequency RF you might put a little air-coil in as an inductor or just a single loop, maybe arrange for some mutual inductance between a pair of loops if your impedance matching network relies on a transformer.
Could be something else of course but this is my best guess based on the information you have given.
