You are still very young and your body is still developing for all you know in a couple of years you could be the next Mr. America or wherever you are. give it time take the protein's when your around 23 and your body is fully and done developing. Do weight lifting and eating lots of veggies and rich protein meat and lots of dairy products

unless you have a physical degenerative condition, your bones will not break from weight training.

It has been proven over and over that young boys can work out with weights safely.

Work on your overall total fitness. Use big, compound movements like pushups, pull ups, sit ups, squats. Improve both your max strength and max speed by running intervals (fast, rest, fast, rest,...) and by using increasingly challenging weight.

Eat, eat, eat, eat, eat. It's not about whey protein. It's about good food. Whey protein shakes can be part of this absolutely - especially a good meal replacement shake after a workout. But overall eat steak, lean meats and fish, veggies, fruit, oatmeal and grains.

Again, if there is something medically wrong, talk with your parents and doctors and coaches. But overall eat plenty of good food, get plenty of exercise, and work on your sterngth and speed.

It is alright. But remember to take in other nutrients in a considerable amount. And also you need calcium too.
