Stop obsessing about your temperature. Your temp can change at any time of the day whether you are pregnant or not. Besides it is such a slight variation...I wouldn't put too much into that. Heartburn is just one of the common side affects of pregnancy...it seems to come on as the baby grows a bit bigger...it causes all of your other organs to compress a nit and cause the digestive track to work a little differently. Your physical and chemical make-up has changed to suit your pregnancy and this may have an affect on your digestive tract as well. Do your self a favor....contact your doctor and let him know your concerns...sounds to me like you need to relax a little. You have not described any symptoms of miscarriage at all.
In fact it is an old wives tale that the more heartburn a pregnant women has...the more hair her baby will be born with!!!
Good luck and call your doc!!

A miscarriage is a painful time (been there, performed that,... be attentive to that there at the instant are not any words which will make you experience greater valuable). As for a manner long to attend... talk on your physician. the sole reason to attend are any scientific motives he ought to provide (which includes conceivable restoration time from a DNC). i will additionally inform you which you mustn't be terrified which you will miscarry lower back. that's achievable, as a definite share of all pregnancies bring about miscarriage. there is an quite small share of ladies who're habitually miscarry, after for you to have 3 miscarriages earlier maximum docs could even start to attempt to confirm why a woman is having repeating miscarriages. with regard to the sole words of convenience i will grant is that each and each lady i've got for my area favourite to have a miscarriage has at last given delivery to a healthful infant, the majority interior a pair of 300 and sixty 5 days from the miscarriage. (the closest ingredient to an execption exchange right into a pair I knew that DO have a difficulty with repeat miscarriages... they at last divorced, and upon remarriage, she became pregnant and introduced a healthful lady offspring.)

Fluxuating basal body temperature is not an indication that you're going to miscarry.

If you bleed or have cramps comparable to the worst menstrual cramps you've ever had, THAT could be a sign that you are about to miscarry.

Probaly not miscarriges are not judged by temp. if you have bleeding and alot of pain, that would be a sure sign of miscarrige. My advice to you is chill relax breath its ok
