the best exercise that anyone regardless of age and fitness levels providing you have no pre existing condition is eat less move more and use a skipping rope everyday it can be used to increase cardio fitness,works every muscle in the body and should be used in your warming up and cooling down stretches the more you do the fitter,leaner,more flexible and toned you will be .good luck
