I got my toe stuck under a door and I believe it's broke. I now have a sharp throbbing pain from my toe throughout my foot. Is there anything I can do to release the pain? It's now almost 5 am and I can't sleep!! It's the toe beside the big one. I have also took BC Powers and iced it and it's not helping! Please help!

you are probably correct in that you broke your toe, unfortunately there isn't much to do for them but give them time to heal. you might want to consider an xray to make sure the toe is in good alignment. if so, just use coflex tape to keep second toe taped to third toe for alignment. it is best to use a shoe with a stiff sole and support (not a tennis shoe they are too flexible). i do have a great website you should check out for some additional information and products to help your toe heal. use the source as direct link to site.

I guess you could take tylenol and for the time being wear flip-flops or sandals to keep your toes from feeling all squished.
