Cycling will certainly tone up your thighs & turn the fat to muscle which will look trimmer. It may not necessarily make your thighs any slimmer, it depends very much on your existing size & body make up, plus how you cycle.
If you tend to push hard on the pedals, then you could increase the size of your thighs as muscle grows, but keeping the legs moving without much load will not do this.
Remember also, muscle weighs more than the equivalent volume of fat, so don't be surprised if your weight actually goes up by a few pounds.
Provided you enjoy it, cycling is a great way of keeping in trim. Enjoy!

Cycling is very good for a healthy heart and also for toning both the upper and lower leg. I think if you want to lose weight off your thighs try running/jogging, swimming, or maybe try some good exercise plans. Good luck!

Yes.
Plus it helps to firm up muscle too!
Excellent exercise. I bike about 10-15 miles 4 times a week. Couple times each month I go out and ride about 50-55 miles in one day.

It's been well demonstrated that there are no specific exercises for losing weight in specific areas. Calories are calories - the only advantage is that the increased blood flow to your thighs will lead to the fat there being more easily absorbed by the blood.

cycling is good for toning near enough every part of your body including your stomach and thighs although you want to be careful because it can cause damage to your back
