Depression is a physical action that requires medical help.

I hope you will go and see a doctor, right away, and describe your symptoms. If the both of you decide that a good course of medical help is anti-depressants, that is the first step in the right direction.

Another way that will help you is to seek counseling. Grief counselors can help you to work out any unfinished business you may have with the recently departed, or just your feelings behind your lose.

You deserve the very best - so go get it!
Your deserve nothing less than the very best.

Let me know what you decide.

You need to get some professional support, death is tragic but the person who died would not be happy for you to join them. See someone, talk to someone NOW! try to stay wz people day and night.try to work more, read more,go out more, don't stay free for a second.always keep urself busy doing something.that way u won't be thinking much.if that doesn't work, see a doctor,,but let that be the last thing to do.i've seen one 3 years ago and although i stopped seeing him now, with any small prob i feel like visiting him again.it's like addiction.try to solve it all by yourself first, that would be better.maybe someone needs you.and if he loses u he might die too, just as u are thinking right now, that might be ur love,ur child,ur family.after all u lost only one person, even if he is close to you,but there are many many others,to whom u are world.best of luck.

If you tell a doctor you are suicidal be very careful how you word it. You can get locked up in a hellhole for days so you will lose your job. The medical staff do not like suicidal people and will treat you like crap and you will end up with a bill for thousands of dollars.

The fact that you have even mentioned suicide in your posting here is a huge red flag that tells me you could be in danger of hurting yourself. Please, please do not do anything foolish. If you are having suicidal thoughts right now and there is a crisis line in your area, please call them, otherwise call 911 immediately.

For depression without suicidal thoughts, please visit your physician as you may require professional help and your doctor would be the best one to determine what course of action would be best suited for your personal situation.

Please take care and be safe! Things will get better! I am so sorry for your loss!

talk to people, you will find that friends and family will listen to you, if that is uncomfortable see a councellor or phychiatrist, its hard, but you have to think, it was an attempt, it wasnt meant to happenm so there is more you have to do yet, try and find what that is.
