No disease caused by a virus has a cure - thus while things ranging from AIDS to the flu and cold have various remedies avaiable there is no cure. this is because given their nature, they cannot be killed, viruses can only have their reproductive rates lowered.

Any disease caused by a prion - mad cow disease, kuru, various encepheliti.

Many parasitic diseases: for example Lyme disease.

Most hereditary diseases - Hutchington's disease etc.

Again - most conditions today have various remedies available. However, this is different from a cure which leads to the end of a disease.

Curable diseases are largely those caused by bacteria or fungi. Eg, the way penicillin kills bacteria.

It depends if you mean if there is nothing that will completely get rid of the disease, or nothing that will be of any help at all. Most diseases will have something that will prolong life, or relieve suffering. However, there are quite a lot that cannot be regressed or removed by medicine yet. Some examples are - Alzheimers, Cystic Fibrosis, ADD, CJD, MS - and even such everyday things as Asthma, and Infertility
