Why not settle for rotten food? Maybe fish that's under-cooked or sour milk. There is also those little packets of chemical balls - called silica - that say 'throw away - do not eat'. Sounds bad, eh? Well, actually it isn't. But it could freak someone out if they don't know! Or find some poison ivy! that is poisonous I suppose. Chlorine is poisonous if you drink too much, so is fluoride in toothpaste. Lastly, rubbing alcohol - usually very easy to detect unless mixed with drinkable alcohol - is pretty serious of a poison. You can go blind and die of alcohol poisoning. Hopefully the poison will be used for a reason you won't regret.
