any supporting facts on the Bible?

to my fellow Christian family,im a Christian,bt im starting to doubt d Bible, is this the work of hte Devil?
when exactly was Jesus born? its easy to say Christmas, but that's a pagan festival,the Bible didnt say when He was born.rumours say He was born in september?
how exactly does cavemen ,evolution , and Adam,Eve link up?is all this general science that we've been reading in history books all nonsense? and about the dinosaurs, it isnt said in the Bible too, but yet scientists have all the evidence to prove their existence, even able to prove the names and structures of their bones?
please help me to strenghten my faith thanks all.

Friend, it is the devil that is trying to confuse you. I will try to answer Your questions, Jesus was born right around Sept. to the first week of Oct. Because he was 331/2 yrs. old when he was crucifed. As far as cavemen, evolution, Adam & Eve & Dinosaurs, I will bring that out too, my Friend satan would like to get you to not believe God, Now about cave men, Was there any, Yes. & is evolution correct, up to a certain point, & that will not take away Creation, Adam & Eve, Yes, & Dinosuars , Yes. Go to the bible, there is always a hidden word that many has for many yrs. overlooked, Gen 9:1 God told Noah to Replinish the earth or to fill it up again, Gen.1:28 God told Adam & Eve to replinish the earth or to fill it up again, as far as evolution, NO we did not evolved, But there is certain cases of evolution, like for instance, A tappole turns into a frog, & a larva turns into a butterfly, & an egg turns into a chicken or a Bird. But there is no evolution when it comes to Humans, We did not evolve from monkies, or a slimmy creature out of a polluted pond somewhere. Not back to The prehistoric time frame, In the Beginnng, God created the Heaven & the earth & the earth was void & without form, then God finally has his prehistoric time frame, where there was cave-men & women But they was not a SON or Daughter of God, & they did not have a soul. This was the time of the prehistoric animals & the angelic angels to test & try them. This time frame could have lasted for millions of yrs. & As time went on God saw they became more evil, Why, Remember, satan is already a fallen angel at the beginning of the prehistoric time, The time was a testing time for the animal kingdom & the angelic kingdom, Because to futher prove what I said, turn to 2nd Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, (when, in the beginning of the prehistoric time)But cast them down to hell & delivered them into chains of darkness to be reserved unto Judgement. Now we come to the end of this prehitoric time, God just took this earth far enough away from the sun to cause a Great Ice Age, & this Ice age could also have lasted millions of yrs. That is why they have found Palm Leaves in the North & South pole, this planet one time had a perfect climate.Then when God decided he wanted anothet life form to be put on this earth, God slowly took this earth & slowly began to bring it back into a relationship with the sun to warm it up to once again bring forth life. Then Adam & Eve is Created, Now Adam & Eve was a Son & Daughter of God & they did have a soul. But now we see a upright creature in the Garden of Eden, that had a vocal cord, That was a Prehistoric creature in the highest form from the prehistoric time frame, God just resurected him from the Prehistoric time to be a worker for Adam, & this Creature did not have a soul & neither was he a Son of God. The upright creature had a vocal cord, We see the story about the sin in the garden of eden, It was not eating an apple Because in Gen.1:29 & also Gen 2:9. God said that of EVERY tree in the garden was given for food & that includes the apple, But 2 trees that did not grow out of the ground like the other trees, was in the Midst of the garden, They were 2 laws of Reproduction. It was first put into man & woman to come together in God's due time to bring forth another offspring of God that would have had eternal life, But The serpent, was inticed by satan to try to break The Law of reprodution, The serpent went to Eve, & finally pursuaded Eve to have a sexual relationship, Then Eve knew that this act can be used for pleasure also, & she took this act to Adam out of the true time factor that God ordained. Now we come to the Curse, God goes to the serpent & right there God curses the Serpent & said UPON THY belly thou shall go, Remember, at first he was a upright creature, but now God is taking away his arms & legs, & dust shall be his food, Not dirt itself But the Insects & rodents of the dust he will eat , Now when God cursed the woman what did he cursed, her reproductive organs, Right there God took her knowlege to know exactly when she could concieved, Then God goes to Adam & curse him, & said thou shall earn thou living by the sweat of thou face, why? Because Adam worker was taken away from him. Now to this day women can not know exactly when she can concieve, But yet the animal kingdom knows exactly when to reproduce. God never took that knowlege away from the animal kingdom. In Rev.22: 2 we see the tree of life, & to them that overcometh, shall be partakers of this tree of Life. The Bible never states that we should celebrate Jesus birth so Christmas is a celebration created by man which is not based on the correct date that Jesus was born. For this reason some churches do not celebrate Christmas. The Bible talks about creation of Adam and other creatures which happened about 6,000 years ago. But in Gen 1:1 earth was created together with the heavens (ie the universe) many years before 6,000 years. Before Adam was created there could be other creatures on earth which were destroyed many years before the creation of Adam which the Bible is silent. Gen 2:2 describes the earth as void ie without life so scientific evidence which showed that there were creatures before Adam were destroyed more than 6,000 years ago. The Bible only deals with the history of the Adamic race and God dealings with them. There is a big gap in the earth's early history that the Bible never talks about. So the Bible never says that the dinosaurs did not exist. The Bible is not intended to a be scientific treatise. I hope that is helpful for you.

The origin of Christmas is pagan. Pagans celebrated the birth of the sun god, Tammuz on December 25th because that is when, in the northern hemisphere, the days started getting longer after the winter solstice, thus the rebirth of Tammuz. When christianity was wed to paganism by the Catholic church, the celebration of Jesus' birth was set on the same day. The Bible does not tell the date of the birth of Christ. Most think that it was about 3 or 4 BC. What time a year is anyone's guess. Because we do not know when Jesus was born, the celebration of his birth each year is harmless, even if unfortunately, it started out as a pagan holiday. The commercialization of Christmas, though, is another story.

Science that is taught without the understanding of scripture is like teaching music without notes. God is the author of science. Without understanding it through His eyes, scientist are shooting in the dark. What scientist can't and won't say, is if a global flood is taken into account, and the subsequent climactic changes, all their dating methods become worthless. Dating methods are based on sedimentation layers. Rapid sedimentation caused by a global flood would make layers appear to be millions of years older than they are. Atmospheric changes can also alter aging. The earth was created fully mature. How old is a mature earth? Don't know? Neither do scientists. They are only guessing. And, they are ignoring the best chance to have an educated guess because they leave God out of the equation. After all, God was there in the beginning. The scientists weren't. I trust God and His account. Why don't you trust Him as well?

1. We don't know exactly when Jesus was born because it is not in the Bible anywhere. The date of his birth is not what he told us to focus on. It was his death and the significance it held that he wanted remembered and noted.

2. Yes, Christmas is a pagan festival and has no roots with Jesus himself. In fact, the idea of Jesus being born in December is ludicrous because at that time of year, it was cold, rainy and downright uncomfortable weather for man and beast, so why would a shepherd lay in the pasture with his sheep at night in the freezing cold, as the gosepels bring out??? He wouldn't. It is far more reasonable to conclude that Jesus was born some time in the autumn season, as you mentioned, when the weather was more temperate and shepherds would actually be out in the fields with their flock(s).

3. Adam and Eve are the ancestors of all humans. This I know for a fact. God created everything. This I also know for a fact. Admittedly, though, I do not know how cavemen link up to this and refuse to speculate on issues I am not informed on. Sorry :(

4. The Bible does not list every single species God created; that would take up far too much room. I do agree that dinosaurs existed and roamed the Earth- only a fool would try to refute that. But I also believe that the days of creation were NOT literal 24 hour days. The Bible brings out that a day to the Almighty is like a thousand years to us, and vice versa. So the existence of dinosaurs is not unlikely, since the creative days actually spanned thousands of years, giving them the ability to procreate and spread out.

5. General science is not a bad thing. In fact, the Bible is a scientifically accurate book. In Isaiah 40:22, it says "There is One who is dwelling above the circle of the earth . . . ." The Bible pointedly refers to the Earth as round, something that science was unable to prove until the middle ages, over a thousand years later.

Everyone has to prove to themselves “the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” -Romans 12:2

Ok sir about Leonardo being in the painting that was supporting the bible not da vinci and in those times it was common for artist to include themselves in the paintings and profesies that Jesus made (48) the chances are 1 in 10 to the power of 157 there was no way for that to be predicted the scrolls of the dead sea prove that and yes people will probley say they just wrote that but in the old testimate they had the bloodline and they matched it all up the only one that would fit it would be JESUS CHRIST watch the church channel they have undeniable evidence of the bible being true I don't have time to explain it here but the main soruce is faith good day..

I am a christian too, but I am also very scientific-minded. You have to prove things to me to get me to believe them.

My advice to you is, watch Discovery Channel and History Channel, there are a lot of good documentaries that support the Bible, for instance, they found the crumbled walls of Jerico.

Read, read, read! Question, ponder, and explore.

Remember Isaac Newton set out to disprove the Bible, he ended up convincing himself that it was true.

Religion is corrupt by culture and people, its better to believe in something greater than our existence. And have faith, as opposed to believing in what a group believes. Have your own thoughts about faith, built on your own experiences.

My thought is that there is a "God", creator, or higher power. Why is there even an exsistance? Why isn't there just absolutely nothing? With so many different religions how can one be right? Especially when normal people created them.

Your faith is misplaced. There are hundreds of errors of fact in the bible, as well as dozens of internal contradictions. When I was eight years old, I realized that the biblical tales could not be reconciled with science, and since science is obviously right (it works!), the bible had to go. Which is not to say that there is nothing in it that is worthwhile -- just read it as a work of fiction.

The devil has tricked you into thinking evolution works and the earth goes around the sun. Next thing you'll be believing in Neanderthal men and all that kind of stuff.
