For the most part they can be interchange (does anyone know, does anybody know are the same thing) but ussually when it is anyone there is only a single persone involved and any body they don't know if there is any more than one

Almost.
First - anybody is almost strictly colloquial (spoken) - using it in a formal occasion would be strange.
Anybody is always a person.
Anyone can be anything ->
Which cup should I use ---> Anyone'll do. (Perhaps it's written as two words). (though "any of them" is better).
