Look for someone who doesn't have any of your blood flowing throught their veins.
If you didn't have a problem with it, you wouldn't have asked random strangers.

I can understand where you are coming from (I have experienced this feeling aswell).
When I was a freshman in high school my aunt told me that I hade a cousin from England who was about 2 years older than me and he was coming to visit this year. Every year I visit my family on the East Coast and this "new" second cousin of mine, Tom*, spent the two weeks with us. We got along really well.
For the next 3 years we would both travel back east to spend time with family and hang out. We were very sarcastic with each other, always joking around, and i would punch him playfully and we would wrestle and have pillow fights and just Pal Around.
And then at times I would get this wierd feeling like, "wow, your a boy and i think you're cute and you're funny". I got this feeling that I liked him and he liked me.
Now although we never ever did anything about this feeling (personally, I dont even know if he felt the same wierd feeling), I just want YOU to know that this probably IS NOT an uncommon or WRONG feeling. "Sh*t Happens" (lol).
But I would suggest that although you shouldnt feel bad that you feel this way about your second cousin, there are so many compatible people in the world for you... don't think for a second that you are "missing out" on an opportunity.
Tom* and I are still very good friends and we always have our playful relationship to fall back on. And I wouldn't want it any other way.

Actually, this is quite normal between families, especially cousins, when you are younger.
What happens is there is no pressure and you guys are friends, and get along.
UNFORTUNATELY, this new feeling is a friendship feeling and because it's so new to you, you find yourself attracted to her.
Do not pursue it, trust me, you will save yourself the trouble.
She is probably the first pretty girl to give you attention, but remember, she's giving it to you because you are related.
So many girls out there, find yourself another one.
Think about how gross and uncomfortable this will make family gatherings. Will it be worth it? Probably not.
