I would like to make many items of curd at home.

What is a Curd?
Curd is also considered one of the best aids to natural good looks. It supplies the nerves and the skin with healthy ingredients and counteracts the ill-effects of exposure to the scotching sun. The bacteria in curd make the skin soft and glowing.

What can be made with Curd?
Curd mixed with orange or lemon juice is a good face cleanser. It supplies moisture to the skin and fruit juice provides the essential vitamin C. One tablespoonful of juice should be mixed in one cup of curd. This should be applied to face and neck and allowed to dry for 15 minutes. It should then be wiped of with a soft tissue and washed with water.

Benefits of using a Curd on hair:
It is considered valuable in conditioning the hair. It makes the hair soft, healthy and strong. Curd should be massaged right into the roots of the hair before being washed off. Dandruff can be removed by massaging one's hair for half an hour with curd which has been kept in the open for three days.

Steamed Curd Dessert

3 cups curd (thick)
1 tin condensed milk
25g nuts and raisins
A pinch of cardamom powder

Tie curd in a muslin (thin) cloth.
Hang for 25 to 30 minutes to remove excess water.
Add condensed milk and cardamom powder and mix well.
Cover the bowl with foil or grease proof paper.
Place the bowl in another pan of boiling water and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and decorate with raisins and nuts.
Serve chilled.

Tea Tree Oil from health food section can help. A good diet low in fats and high in fruits and veggies, try taking higher doses of Vitamin E, Zinc, D, A. AND GOOD LUCK! i feel for ya..........what ever you do if you go to a dermatologist don't take Accutane, it is harmful. Antibiotics are not healthy but can help your skin. Oh and try steaming your face, an egg white mask.....eating healthy is very important

MORE KILLI ;;;;;; m ix one cup rice flower in twocups of curds well add salt green chillie pices karya path into it and put aside put kalai on stove add 5spoons oil after after heating oil add rai one spoon gramdal urdu dal add curd mix into it cook well by putting stove insim. now ready to eat it nice dish to eat .cheap ,quick to prepare.
