downloaded or installed from cd?

if it's downloaded, then the program might be corrupted, have an out of date installation code or somthing else along those lines. Downloaded programs are sometimes unreliable.

If it is installed from cd then try uninstalling and reinstalling. Check your cd code and make sure you are running the full installation. If it still doesn't work then you might need to return your copy for a replacement.

ooh system requirements I didn't think of that one, if I wasn't new I'd give her a thumbs up. Not having the requirements for PPT is unlikely but possible.

Things to check:

1. ) Are you sure that your copy of Powerpoint is not a pirated one?

2. ) If it is an original copy, then maybe your computer does not meet system requirements. I doubt this but you have to be sure.

Please check those two first.

Good day!
