Fruit is good for you, but they don't have much if any: iron, protein, fat, other minerals, and there are quite a few other important nutrients that they lack. Saying that, if you were to restrict yourself to only one type of food, fruit would be your best bet. If you get enough amino acids, the lack of protein isn't a huge issue. You should eat fish at least once a week, to get your required fats, and supplements will help your mineral intake.

Humans don't get on well only eating one type of food as a rule, you should get a balanced diet.

That's a bit disturbing... your taking in a lot of sugars, and though they're natural, you still risk complications from excessive sugar intake. You are also almost certainly missing certain vitamins and minerals, as well as proteins, which are necessary for you health.

I would speak with a dietitian as soon as possible on ways to make necessary changes in your diet to ensure good health.

You cant just have a diet full of FRUIT! you need PROTEIN so your body doesnt loose any muscle but will help loose the fat!!

you'll get malnourished. our body needs fats and protiens and a lot more other nutirents from a balanced diet. Get help quick, see a doctor.
