If you want to eat right for breakfast i would say eat some cheerios with soy milk or low fat milk, a glass of orange juice, and mix some bananas, bluebery's, or strawberry's into you r cereal.
or you could eat oatmeal with a piece of toast, glass of orange juice, and an apple. this will be really filling because it is hot. (heat will expand in your stomach)
You should eat right all the time, not just when you feel like it.

I would go with 2 eggs over easy 2 to 4 pieces of bacon a glass of grapefruit juice and a cup of coffee. Energy and a good way to start your day.

on very special occasions go for some steak and eggs. I've had that like twice and it is incredible if the steak is good.
