You can't really have a chicken flavoured rice if you are vegetarian. However IF you mean flavoured rice rather than just plain white rice. Try this recipe I make:
Ingredients ( 2 normal teacups of washed rice) This is enough for two/ three people.
One onion finely chopped and a little crush garlic
2 fresh bay leaves
One vegetable stock like Knorr or Maggie
One skinned tomato chopped.
Little cooking oil
Small tea-spoon of curry powder
salt to taste
Kettle of prepared warm water
method:
In a little cooking oil, cook the onion, garlic and bay leaves. Leave until reddened.
Add tomato and stock cube, stir for a few seconds.
Add curry powder and stir again.
Add a little bit hot water and leave to simmer for a minute.
Add more hot water ( enough to cook absorb the rice)
Leave to simmer for about five minutes for all the flavors to come out.
Add sufficient salt to taste. Stir. Add rice. Water should just about cover rice by a little and cover with lid. Meanwhile warm oven at about 350 and place the rack at the very bottom of oven.
When rice has almost absorb all the water, place in oven- the oven make it fluffy. leave for about 10 minutes. Take out and fluff it a little with fork, turn off oven and leave inside till ready to serve with a vegetable sauce.
If you feel the rice is still a little hard, just add more hot water from kettle (must be hot) over the rice and put back in oven. You can't really go wrong this way.
This is just one way you can make many, many kinds of flavoured rice.

You'll need to get the mock meat from a Chinese vegetarian store if you want vegetarian chicken rice. They can advise you on how to properly cook it at home.
Cook the rice as per normal -- if you want flavoured rice, you can always use vegetable stock.

Cook some rice and a chicken. Throw the chicken out (because you are not allowed to eat it) and eat the rice.

Just use Quorn Tenders in place of chicken and follow any chicken and rice recipe.

The rice needs the cooking time, especially if it's brown rice. You could substitute tuna for the chicken if that's acceptable. Otherwise, try tofu or those soy-based weiners or burger patties.

Though I don't know how's it's possible chicken being meat....I'd say your best bet is to use chicken broth in place of water to cook your rice in.
