I got a work permit from standard charted bank i work with them for a month and came back without telling them

my resident permit is valid till 2009 and i came back within a month time without telling my company that i am going back to india. just want to know will there be any problem if in future i want to go back to dubai. or can i get my visa cancelled here in india at uae embassy

Always tell your employer about your plans in order not to get any problem with your visas and employment records.

the first thing i would do if i were you ? i would contact Dubai immigration,to tell them that you no longer work for this bank and left without notice , and returned back to India .
since you no longer work in Dubai , you will not be able to return with the same work visa,
