DUE TO MY TENSION AND MENTAL WORRINESS I FEEL UNEASINESS ANY REMEDY IS THERE TO ELIMINATE THE PROBLEM

Is your tension and mental worry caused by outward things going on in your life, or is it due to mental anxiety without really knowing why? If it's due to bad things that are happening to you then try and get away from whatever it is. If it's due to unknown mental issues and you are able to see a doctor he/she can recommend you to a therapist. However, if you cannot go to a doctor for whatever reason then at least make sure you are getting the proper nutrients. Vitamin B complex helps reduce stress, Vitamin C is a healer, lack of calcium can make you depressed, so too can lack of water, and also lack of potassium found in bananas. Actually, a banana a day can chase the blues away is true. Another thing is sleep deprivation (not enough sleep) can make us very tense, worried, uneasy, and all kinds of bad things. I'm sorry you're having such a bad time. I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Besides, ponder on these lines.
When you get up from bed every morning, think of the things you did yesterday and what those you are supposed to do and feel them as important. Pat on yourself for having done well in all things you have done to whatever extent you feel so and don’t expect the pat should come from others. Take things as they come and be proud to be able to live and face the world in every situation and volunteer to help in the first place such of those you think are in a situation similar to yours. And then fan out helping the rest of the people whether they need you or ask your help that is most difficult part. Engage in new activities with new friends.. Enliven your life. Worrisome-ness lies in your own head and not on the shoulders of billions of people outside, for they have their own problems, even more difficult at times Enjoy life as an elixir itself to solve your tensions from within. Saying so is than doing. But why not we try once in a while? We should feel ourselves a minute part in this Universe, while not losing self-respect of course.
Most importantly, HAVE AN UNDERSATDING OF LIFE AS IT MEANS TO YOU THAN BASING ON THE OPINION OF EXPERTS AT ALL TIMES.

If you feel your uneasiness is beyond medicine and the doctors’ advice, then the source of tension is your own obsession with your own self or partly biological and partly imaginary/psychological.
