Some contraption that would allow me to fly. Be it wings, a jet pack, whatever. I want to fly!
And as for the people saying they'd go back in time, just be careful not to mess up the space-time continuum while you're there. It would kinda suck for the entire universe to self-implode or something, just because you wanted to win the lottery! :)
