Dyeing it is the best way,
try taking vitamin B supplements, folic acid.
Have your thyroid checked - this causes premature greyiing

no. its grey and will always grow grey. you could shave it or wear a wig. or your going to have to color it. they do have a temporary rinse (fanciful) where you just squirt a little on after you shampoo. thats the easiest way to fix it.

but you can dye your hair with natural stuff every twice a week
