well since you said Biblical you mean in Judah right?


they often used a Mikvah which is a ritual bath depending on the person it could be several times a day, but for most once a week.

Religion doesn't want people to study the History of Civilization on this planet at a university because it gives you a more accurate look at how lousy it was. If you didn't live near a body of water the average person bathed about once a month. Most people stunk and most had head lice. There are religions that today some women shave their heads. and today wear wigs. In Biblical times that's how people got rid of head lice by shaving their heads. The major fuel for cooking was Cow Dung. Biblical days stunk big time. Religious movies always give you a cleansed version of what it was like. If you really want to get a more accurate look, see the Monty Python movie, "The Life of Brian".

I guess it would depend on the weather . in the colder European region I would think rarely and in the warmer dry regions again rarely for reasons for lack of water . it would be only in temperate areas where they would take it regularly . again that would likely be something in the region of once a week or something like that .
