Maritime trainers (there are many such in various parts of India), can give you a course to certify you for Communication Officer's job on board ships. Electrical Officer's job may also be available with some shipping companies -- for which you do a short course with the trainer, or, directly with the shipping company in some cases! It's a good job, quite exciting!
