recently,Chinese people created the Qinhai-Tibet railway, so, could you tell me ,it's good thing or bad? why?

I don't think that's bad. Where's the bad thing?

If the Tibetin people wanted it My guess is it is not by definition bad but since throughout history they wished to remain isolated I think it was wrong and because of what the end result will be it was probably not a good idea.
