I've had a acne problem for a long time now, most of it takes a few weeks stop swelling and go down and they never get yellow pust or anything. i started using this thing called Exposed Acne Treatment System. and there has been more acne than before but they all grow and are filled with pust, and the go away after 3-4 days. Is this normal or should i stop using the product.

With the majority of both topical and oral acne treatments, you will generally see the condition get worse before it gets better. The key to success with any treatment is to use it for at least 6 weeks before you decide that it is not for you. It sounds as if the bacteria near the upper-most surface of your skin is being affected by the ingredients in the product that you are using (hence the pus).

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Chances are what the treatment is doing is causing anything that's there to "progress" to the point where it will eventually get out of your pores. I believe what you have happening is normal and ok.

If you have clogged pores that haven't yet formed blemishes the medication could be making those "progress" as well.

There is one thing to be careful of, and that is to try to irritate (with something like a facecloth or other rough cloth/wipe) the skin. Sometimes scrubbing the face too roughly can irritate it and get more blemishes going than otherwise would have occurred.

The old form of blemishes you were getting weren't "coming to a head" (where the pus forms a head and eventually comes out).

I have been using Cella Derm for the past year now and it’s amazing. I went from having severe acne to none it all. The changes were like night and day! While sailiyic acid helps break down the acne, the hydroxy acids help to heal and exfoliate your skin. Cella Derm is by far my number 1 recommendation and I have tried my share of acne treatments. I found this online disount that allows you to get Cella Derm for a huge discount; check it out if your interested: http://topherreimroc.com/AcneCure

I want you to try something for one week. Just one week. Now the answer to your problems and millions of other people's problems can lay in the bathtub... STEAM!

Steam is great for opening pores, and has helped me a lot. Just follow this regimen, and please keep me posted.

1. Items needed: Cetaphil face wash, taking showers at night

Directions: Wash face in morning with face wash. At night take a shower, just simply wash your hair, your body with just plain hot water (not steamy), and then turn up the water temp to steamy hot (the hottest possible), and sit in the shower for 15 minutes, with VERY HOT STEAM flowing around you in your shower. After 15 minutes of hot steam wash face with Cetaphil, get out of shower and dry with a clean face towel. Follow this for week, it should work actually. The steam will open pores and dry your face, especially with the cetaphil being applied. A dry face is good because it gets rid of all that oil that causes acne. I say take a shower at night, because your face will most likely be red, but when you go to bed and wake up next morning your face will be normal. Give it a try and remember keep me updated.

For best results: Change pillow cover every few days, and throw some fruits and veggies in your diet.

first stay ways from greasy foods, artificial sugars, and wash your face daily with antibacterial soap like dial, or medicated soap.
GO to a Aromatherapist ( find a Massage Therapist and ask him/her to recommend a good AromaTherapist) and explain your situation, and He/She can make you a soft scrub to clean your face with. I say go to a aromatherapist because there are certain Natural Aromas or essential oils that are really good for keeping the pores open, and clean.

Or you can try using real aloe vera plant to keep your pores clean But tight, and avacado to Put the essential oils back into your skin that medicated soap or antibacterial soap can take out of your skin. Avacado is good for keeping the pores tight as well. Stay with all natural cleansers and ointments because that crap you get from the DR kills the skin because it is toxic to the body
