Hihi. Basically grey hair is caused by the damaged of cells.. So being understand that, the best solutions is to solve the problem from the root. Dyeing is only temporary and hair dyes contain chemical which causes skin cancer if used too much. Be very careful ya?
Alright, to 'restore' the bad cells, you need to increase your protein intake. Take more fish, and white-meat. Sesame seeds had some properties to aid this problem (black sesame esp )
Besides that, try applying pure virgin olive oil and massage the scalp regularly. The olive oil has lots of vitamins and anti-oxidants which bosst the production of cells. Hence treating the roots of the hair. I have heard of this and try it. It helps!!! Seriously and i underdtand how troubled you are. Give it a try friend. Request some free samples from http://www.olive.sg and they will help you in your problems. I'm sure they will be more then willing to solve your problem and restore your confidence !
Cheer Up !! There are always hope ya? ;)

Hey mate,
You can try all the lotions and potions you want but they won't work despite what people may say. Have the same thing as you went white at 25. Was mainly down to stress. Sort out what you need to in your life, worry about the stuff you can fix and forget the rest. Go for a short crop hair cut and no one will know. Hope this helps

There r many reason to hair become whitish. Like due to more cold infection, or genetic problems. If u have less white hair than don't dye them becoz it is a temporary solution. it is not a solution becoz it increase ur white colour rate. So if u try hina ( Mehndi) that is better than dye. If u use it regularly than u saw result of it. Use a Iron( LOHE Ka bartan) pot to wet it, keep it for a night & use it next day for 2-4 hours on ur head. It give nourishment to ur scalp & ur hair become black after some time if u use it regularly twice a month. Use better oil for ur hair. Keep safe urself from cold becoz it is the main reason for ur problem in that age.

Best of luck

I recently studied accupressure, and I encountered a solution to this problem. For some reason this will begin to grow hair back if you are balding or restore color if your hair is losing it... I do not experience either of these problems so I cannot tell you if it truly works, but several people claim that it does.

A few times a day try rubbing your fingernails together for a minute or so. Curl your hands so that the tops of your nails are facing one another and rub up and down, and supposedly this stimulates some sort of bodily response (nails are the same material as hair as I understand it). Hey, it's worth a shot. And if it works, let us know. Maybe it will help us de-drug America.

hey, I've got greys and as I'm a woman believe me they look much worse. Whatever you do don't dye it yet, as i found when i dyed my hair to cover the grey's it made the situation worse, i had more than before!
I haven't got any advice on what really works, but, try rubbing oil into your hair 2-3 times a week. There's an Asian brand called 'dabur amla hair oil' good if you have dark hair.
My early grey's run in the family, my brother has grey hair and it looks good on him (suit men ). My advice will be to try rubbing oil into your scalp (olive oil, wheatgerm oil, dabur amla) if within 3-6 months, you don't notice a difference try dying it (use dye as last resort)
stress can lead to early greys, are you stressed?

Well, my cousin had the same problem... but he started having grey hair at the age of 4... He just accepted it as a part of who he is... So I guess if you are comfortable with it you could too, but if not you could dye the hair... but that would only be temporary solution as you'd have to keep doing it over and over again!

I'm afraid that you can't prevent the coming of grey hair. People go grey at different times, for example, my auntie went grey at 18. However, you can get exceptionally good hair dyes that are specially designed to cover the appearance of grey hair. Just consult your hairdresser on whats best for you.

I have had bariatric surgery and my hair started turning white and eventually started to fall out. The other person who told you to increase your proteins is exactly right. Also increase your B vitamins especially the B-12. Wal-Mart sells Stress Tabs which is a great B complex vitamin. It is great.

Nothing you can do, in fact, with in the next year it will become almost completely white, or like Taylor Hicks the american idol winner. The only thing you can do is dye it. Other then that your pretty much stuck.

Hey, don't worry about it. Who says that one sort of hair colour is sexier than another? My ex-boyfriend went grey when he was 14 years old, and he is the sexiest person on the planet. If you don't believe me, click on my avatar and check out my 360 profile - there's a picture of him in my photo album xx
