It won't grow back any noticeable amount in 7 days no matter what you do. Your best option is to make an appointment right away to have extensions added to your hair.
While you are waiting for your hair to grow out, make sure you massage your scalp each day while washing your hair, to stimulate the follicles.
Although it goes against most people's thinking, it's also important to get regular trims. Otherwise the ends will split and the hair will break off shorter than it would if you trimmed it to keep the ends healthy.
Finally, these vitamins are important for maintaining healthy hair: Vitamin A (promotes normal growth of hair), B1 (essential for healthy growth of hair), B5 (produces blood flow to the follicle to produce hair growth), B12 (stimulates hair growth), Folic Acid (aids cell renewal to grow hair), Manganese (produces growth of the hair and nails), Selenium (strengthens hair strands) and Zinc (produces hair growth and maintains natural hair colour)
- A good multi-vitamin, partnered with a B-complex, should help you regrow healthy hair more quickly.
Some foods to eat are: fish, dairy products, LOTS of dark green/yellow vegetables, pumpkin, oats, raisins, lean meats, cheese, nuts (unsalted), eggs, avocados, grains, oranges, brown rice, beans, pineapple, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, seeds, soy beans.

Try this:
1.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
2.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week
3.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
4.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.
5.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.
Take care!

I have been taking hair supplements for the past 3 years and here is what I have found.
GNC makes a tablet called "Ultra Nourishair" in formulas for men and women, the pills are taken daily, 2 pills a day. They are HUGE and very hard to swallow, if you have any trouble at all with large tablets, then I wouldn't recommend these. The 2 pills also contain only 1200 micrograms total of Biotin, which is the main supplement needed for hair to grow faster and stronger. You should try to get a minimum of 2500 micrograms of Biotin daily to improve hair's rate of growth and its condition. Even though I took these GNC pills for 4 months, I wouldn't recommend them because they are not the most high quality pills available.
ProCaps labs makes a great supplement called "Hair Skin and Nails" formula, here is the link for that
http://www.procapslabs.com/pcl/pages/pro...
This is in capsule form and much easier to swallow. This company, ProCaps labs is also extremely reputable and carries pure and effective products.
I took GNC's Nourishair for four months, and supplemented it with extra Biotin tablets daily due to its low Biotin content. I took 2500 micrograms extra Biotin with the GNC pills.
The Procaps hair vites have 2500 micrograms of Biotin in them, and don't really require extra Biotin be taken, but I do take an additional 2500 micrograms of Biotin for a daily total of 5000 micrograms of Biotin.
My hair is growing in thick and dark and quite quickly. My hair used to be very slow growing, but all of these supplements have really made a difference.
The only way to really change the health of your hair is by taking supplements that work internally on the follicle where hair is made, any shampoos or oils or other topically applied things do nothing to change hair's structure, that can only happen with systemically provided support, which means supplements that you take internally.. Keep in mind, regardless of how many or how much you take of any supplement, hair is never going to grow at a "Jack and the beanstalk" type of rate, the most you can hope for is to improve the strength and health of each hair follicle and to see an incremental increase in the rate of its growth.

Sorry hon, but the truth is that head hair grows at a fairly constant rate. There are things you can do to maximize your growth potential - see the article I've linked to below - but even following these suggestions it's unlikely that you'll even notice a difference in your hair growth rate. You'll just have to tough it out.

Prenatal vitamins are a great start but they won't work as fast as you need. Massage your head with your fingers or brushing it often. Also washing your hair everyday is worse than only washing it every other day.

prenatal vitamins- you can just buy them at the store.
drink lots of water.
washing hair will not help it grow- it will just dry it out.
lots of calcium- milk, cheese, and good fats- fish, nuts, avocados.
its so weird, i have the opposite problem. my hair and nails grow too fast.
crazy, huh?
but its a pain if i pay alot for a hair cut and color and in a month its grows 4 inches!
but i think its becuase of the calcium and good fats.
