You might lose more weight temporarily- but all the weight you lose will be water weight- not actual fat. Go into the sauna to relax after a hard workout- not to try and lose more weight! Relaxing will probably help more in the long run anyway since stress is not helpful for weight loss.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Sauna is there to loosen your muscles to keep you less sore from working out. It will temporarily make you loose weight but it dehydrates you so you must rehydrate before you work out again or you will have pain on your joints. You need fluid between your joints to absorb shock. Best plan is cardio but if you match it with light weight training the muscles you build will burn fat when you are at rest.

Well if you go to the sauna afterwards and do lose weight it will only be water that you are losing which is temporary and that weight will come back as soon as you drink something.

The sauna helps to detoxify your system as well as sweating bUt try to do the sauna thing after your workout in moderation cause it can also cause you to dehydrate, so of course drink tons of water, everyday regardless of what you do

You shouldn't want to lose "weight", you should want to lose fat.
And you don't do that by sweating, it's just water weight, and if you lose too much of that, you can die, on the spot.
Sure, exercise a lot, but drink a lot of water; it will help flush the fat from your body.
