Are you sure you are not giving her a reason to doubt you? Or to feel insecure?
Think about it for a few minutes or more....you'll figure it out.
good luck

well it seems that you have a deeper problem, ask her why dont you believe me, did you hurt her badly before? are u selfish with her? do you help her when she needs or doesnt need help? r u there for her? do you care for her well being? if you answered yes to all the above then great
ask yourself this.. do you show all the above enough for her or not?

if you really love her and you know she loves you back, talk about spending the rest of your lives together and see how she reacts. if her reacation is a yes to this then may be she wants you to propose and tired of waiting for you

good luck

You must learn to speak in the "love language" that she understands. If you are speaking in your love language and not hers, it is quite possible that she does not understand your way of expressing love. There are five languages of love. Ask her which one makes her feel most loved and do it.
1. Words of affirmation (confirming her character)
2. Physical touch (holding hands, hugging, etc.)
3. Gifts (giving presents)
4. Acts of service (doing little things for her)
5. Quality time (making time to spend together)

Insecurity is an issue but also maybe your sending her mixed signals, atleast in her opinion.Stop saying it and start showing it more.Buy her random things, take her out spontaneously, spend more time with her and let her know she's the only for you, but not by saying it ,but by showing it.She definately loves you and girls love to be chased,so go get her.

You're in for a lifetime of this problem. 99.9999% of women exhibit this insecure behavior.

Don't try to convince her...it will be a total waste of your time. If you go down that route, she will do it more often because she gets more positive results from you when she applies this insecure/guilt trip.

Best thing to do is to ignore it. If you ignore it, then she'll eventually (after a couple decades) figure out that it's a waste of her time.

It depends on your ages. If you are in high school, don't sweat it. Relationships are a joke at best for the most part. If you are older, college, or later, it's a problem. Either she doesn't trust you, or she is needy. Either way, a problem. Try the question with some more specifics.

Make your actions match your words. Actions speak louder than words. I won't believe any man who can only say nice words without showing them in actions. That's lying!

no..when a girl say "i don't believe you", she doesn't really mean it all the time...you said you've been courting him for a long time then it's impossible that she doesn't see your sincerity...just be patient..you just don't know what goods things might happen. :)
